These terms govern your use of the DigiOne website at digione.co.uk. By joining the founding list you agree to them. The DigiOne platform itself (app.digione.co.uk) has its own terms that you accept when you create an account.
DigiOne is built for people aged 18 and over. By joining, you confirm you are 18 or older. Coaches and mentors are identity-verified and DBS-checked before they work with any young person.
DigiOne is a free early-careers platform offering coaching, mentoring, learning, community and access to real opportunities. The essentials are, and will remain, free for young people. Some services for coaches, partners and employers may be paid.
During our founding phase, access to the platform is by invitation. Joining the list does not guarantee a place or a particular timeframe; we invite founding members in waves.
The DigiOne name, brand, design and content are owned by Digilearning. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
Protecting young people comes first. We operate with a named safeguarding lead, verified mentors, in-product reporting, and crisis signposting. If you are ever in immediate danger, call 999.
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
