DigiOne ("we", "us") is a service of Digilearning. We care about protecting the young people we exist for, and we handle your data accordingly. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected].
The data controller is Digilearning (trading as DigiOne). Contact: [email protected]. We have a named safeguarding lead and treat any information about young people with particular care.
When you join the founding list on digione.co.uk, we collect only the details you give us:
This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Use of the DigiOne platform itself (app.digione.co.uk) is governed by the in-app terms and privacy notice you agree to when you create an account.
We use your details to add you to the founding list, send you your invitation when a place opens, and occasionally update you about the launch. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe option in any email.
We never sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We use trusted service providers only to run our own systems (for example our hosting and email on our managed UK server). Where we work with partners, brands or employers, they only ever see aggregate, non-identifying information — never your individual profile without your consent.
We keep founding-list details until we launch to you or until you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first, and no longer than is necessary for that purpose.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any right, email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Your data is held on our own managed UK server, protected in transit by HTTPS and by server-level security controls. We only keep what we need, and access is limited to the people who run DigiOne.
